Boßler Werkzeug- und Formenbau GmbH, a respected name in high-precision tool and mould making, has expanded its production capabilities with the successful installation of a Sodick AL60G EDM machine—enhanced with an Erowa ERC80 Automation system. This latest investment marks another key step in Boßler’s commitment to precision, reliability, and smart automation.

📸 The formal machine handover was carried out by Salvatore Cocco, Vice President of Sodick Deutschland GmbH, who personally thanked the Boßler team for their continued trust and collaboration. “Boßler represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking manufacturing Sodick is proud to support,” Salvatore shared.

Boßler already operates multiple Sodick EDM solutions, reflecting a long-standing relationship with Sodick Deutschland. Their current lineup includes:

  • Sodick ALC400P – Ideal for fine detail and intricate geometries

  • Sodick ALC600P – High-capacity wire EDM for larger components

  • Sodick AL40G – Precision-focused die sinking EDM

  • Now added: AL60G + Erowa ERC80 Automation – For lights-out manufacturing and optimised workflow

The AL60G offers exceptional rigidity, spark stability, and performance for complex parts, while the Erowa ERC80 enables unattended production, streamlining operations and boosting output without compromising quality.
